Here's all 6 rigging mini tutorial videos from the Cafe's R10 review. We've combined them into 2 modest sized downloads so that you can download them and save to your hard disk. The videos go through rigging a simple character from start to finish. Topics covered:

Joints, Simple IK, Mirror tool, Morph tag, Constraints and Visual selector. 53 minutes in total.

Please note that the videos aren't really proper tutorials. More a taste of the new R10 and Mocca 3 Character Animation toolset. Part 1 includes start scene file and Part 2 includes final scene file.

Mocca 3 is required for some parts of this tutorial. Release 11 users can follow along as rigging is virtually identical to R10.

This is fantastic, probably the best rigging tutorial out there. Certainly the best I've come across. Thanks so much for the effort put into sharing your knowledge. The pace is fast, efficient, and I can always rewind if I missed something. Thanks so much!

One setting caused me a headache. Make sure your joint's bone setting is "To Child". I had mine set to "From Parent" and it caused problems with IK. Great tutorial.
