Here's an updated tutorial on creating and using Render Presets. The tutorial is 9 minutes long and shows how to create a render preset then load and use them. The video also shows settings up render presets and then saving blank scenes into your Cinema 4D root directory on your hard drive so that when you start C4D or create a new blank scene the render presets are loaded automatically ready for you to use.

Unzip the download and open the htm file with your browser. The video includes audio.

The video is recorded with R11.0. Things are slightly different in R10 but R10 users can probably follow along.
