Now that things have settled down after the recent forum and gallery upgrade and numerous bugs have been fixed I'm happy to announce that Regular members can now have 3 gallery albums. What this means is you can now have up to 90 images in your gallery rather than 50 plus it allows you to sort them into categories as I have just been doing. That's 3 albums of 30 images each.

Then what you can do from the mod panel for each image is select an image to be your Album cover image. I have done this for 2 of my albums. On the third album it just displays the most recent image.

However there's a bug where after you have set up additional albums and then want to multi move images it won't work. You have to view the image you want to move then select the move operation. You then have type in the name of the album you want it moved to. Here's what I mean where I'm about to move an image from one album to another.

We've had the ability to have multiple albums for quite a while but moving images was broken and caused all sorts of bizarre errors. The multi-move bug was meant to be fixed in the latest update but it isn't. I have reported it as being unfixed.

Albums can be sub albums or top level albums. I would suggest members have top level albums like what I have done. You also have the ability to restrict access to friends only but I can't see the point. (No doubt this is a Facebook type of thing)

The new skin v Rocking looks very great, I like it.

On the top navigation there are some overlapping buttons. I use the newest version Firefox
and a screenresolution of 1024*768.

Is this about my settings or it`s the skin?

Right now, both of the available themes are very bright backgrounds, and absolutely kill my eyes for more than a few mins of reading. I used the dark theme before (the one with the dark blue-gray background) and had no problems, but as far as I can tell, it's gone, and there's no equivalent available. Seriously, this has kept me from spending more than a few minutes reading forums since the latest site update, because these light backgrounds just kill my eyes so quickly.

Can we PLEASE have some kind of darker-backgrounded theme? I really can't tolerate reading the site with the current themes.
