I have a nice collection of humans and trees jpgs cut outs, how can i use them in the same way as you can use a human cutout from the c4d R.11 included library. I want to insert them before my render so that the figure´s ilumination and shadows are included during the render, if I insert them afterwards in photoshop the render looses quality. Thanks

Christian

I suggest that you watch this tutorial here where I use some 2D trees and get them to cast shadows.

Hope this helps.

I heve seen your video Tutorial 3dkiwi, thanks, but is there a way to add them to the human cut outs library that comes in the Archituctural edition. And so this way you can just insert them in the 3d model before the render just the same way as you do with the cut outs the program includes as default.

Hi

You can't add to or edit the Content Browser libraries for the defaults because Maxon locks them so you don't mess them up. i.e. you can edit the Arcitectural presets. However what you can do is add your own objects to your own libraries / catalgues.

If you really want your objects in the place as the Arcitectural presets then what you can do is copy the Arcitectural presets into your own library.

Hope this helps.
