Agreed i'd like to see an upgrade option however I really don't think he is technically in a position to offer that kind of a service ?

As far as I can tell Nitroblast will be his first commercial plugin which I guess puts it on a different footing to his previous free and 'donationware' offerings, so I'd guess it unlikely there will be an upgrade path.
I may not be good but I'm slow.

NitroMan has developed a new feature that has been tested and works beautifully! The product release is coming very soon. It will be well worth the wait because this new feature makes NitroBlast so much more useful. :)

Frankly, I thought it would be today. NitroMan is a perfectionist....but in my own testing..it runs very smoothly. Right now, he may be sleeping....he's been driving himself pretty hard. It's amazing what this guy comes up with in such little time. Someone (*cough MAXON) is missing an opportunity to have an in-house "bell & whistle" maker.

You know, I wouldn't be at all surprised if that doesn't make some people upgrade to R12. It looks that good.
I may not be good but I'm slow.

Sorry for the delay. Nitroman has made the plugin work a bit more polished than in was before. Things just keep getting better and better. You won't be disappointed.

Think I can mention this. He asked me for some suggestions on some simple free plugins. I've given him some suggestions for some simple scripts to help with modelling e.g. drop object to floor. I'll announce these if and when they are production ready as couple need a few things fixing up. They will be free and will require R12 since they use Python.

Another test: This uses the vertex painting feature. A longer explanation is on the YouTube link.

My last contact with NitroMan was that he is still trying to improve the Vertex painting feature. Since this will probably be the best tool overall for making limited-area breaks, it is important that it is intuitive and reliable. I know everyone is anxious to get this plug-in, but it is better to get a good, smooth, reliable product, than a product that is only partly developed. Had NitroMan followed my advice....you would have had the plug-in last week....but NOT the vertex paint feature...that would have been on a future release that would have required an upgrade (yeah, I think like those corporate guys). NitroMan decided to ignore my "advice" and add this feature. Those who are saying there should be an upgrade price, need to keep in mind that the vertex paint, alone, could be a separate plug-in. Not to boast, but to give an example, I have donated a decent amount of money to NitroMan's work....I am sure some of the rest of you have been generous, also. I don't feel a need for an "upgrade" deal. Sure, NitroBlast is "like" Tharusi, and xBreaker, and Catastrophe....the same as Carrara is "like" C4D, and Bryce is "like" Vue. What we have here is genius so powerful, that this guy is his only competitor. Consider these earlier apps as from another company...because NitroBlast is a paradigm. Listen to 3DKiwi...this is the last I am going to say about this subject. He has a lot more credibility than I, and has a cool head and a keen eye.

If Nitroman wants ideas for plug-ins, a sub US$100 fluids simulator for C4D would be most welcomed, and would probably make him a truckload of money as well.

Second that,
for starters a particle mesher / remesher which performs fast and makes a good topology
would be very very nice. Metaballs is driving me nuts sometimes…
