Yeah that's an idea PixelPit, that would certainly save some hassle. Will have to see what the Boss thinks.

Just added the surrounding wall and fountain to help make the scene. Poor old pc has finally started to argue with me over the amount of stuff in the scene. Just got to texture now.

Cheers

Jim

so, if I understand the rules; I can not use a bezier spline? but other spilnes ok? whats the difference?

I don't have a dirty mind because I use Mental Floss.

A bezier spline is a manually created spline whereas the likes of circle and square are parametric splines i.e. their size etc can be changed plus with a bezier spline the individual points can be edited. On a Paramteric spline the points are not available until the spline is made editable.

Re supplying scene file of complex scenes. At this stage I don't see the need for it but things may change.

You can use what ever colours you want. The problem is you can't use selection tags as you're not allowed to make objects editable. Things like ExtrudeNurbs objects have built in selections for Caps etc and you can use these. You can also use UV mapping on some primitive objects e.g. sphere and plane.

Second entry: The mask. Again using collision deformer (I'm starting to love this deformer).

Basically consists of a plane and two deformers: one pushing from the outside and one from the inside. As the wire in isoparms did not say much (just a bare plane) I have just added a copy of the colliders to deform the plane. In case of doubt file can be provided.

I know it says Grey is good below, but that's more of a photography technical pun anyway ;)

Here is a Screenschot from the Challenge scene.

I have to look how I can bring the objectmaneger in one screen
the model has 1947 Object now.

@ 3DKiwi we can post in the screenshot the project information screen. there you can see if there are any polygons.
if not you see 0 for Polygons and 0 for points.

or we can blend in the Polygon and pointcount in the HUD.
