In the ongoing quest to improve my modellings, I've decided to have a pop at the most beautiful guitar I've ever seen, which is the PRS Paul Allender SE model V2.

I've just about finished the main hull, bridge, neck and headstock. I had a hell of a time, in both good and bad ways.
Wasn't planning on showing the back, so built the front without consideration for back cutouts, so it's been an uphill battle trying to get the 2 surfaces to meet will, because without that foreplanning, they don't have the same amount of vertices. Nightmare. In the end, I've got slightly weird topolgy, mainly quads, some triangles required, but at least no Ngons, and as far as I can tell, a perfectly smooth contour with no surface artefacts. so, partial win, I suppose.

No textures yet - these are all chrome for checking the body contours whilst modelling.

All comments welcome, also suggestions for how I could have done a better polyflow would be nice. I am aware that what I have is 'passable' but a long way off ideal.

Anyway, here's what we have...

That Looks Great Love It.

I made 3 guitar like models ( spaceships or "GitShips" ) based on the Boston Album cover ( loosely)

But I just began learning more modeling.

That too me is a very nice model. twin Humbuckler's .
I used to play too

:D
