Shader Effector Weight Transform

HI guys


I think I'm missing something really obvious here but does anyone know how to get the Shader effector to transform weight properly? i got it working fine with the Random effector but Shader effector won't play ball! Attached a file so you can see what i mean


Any help would be muchly appreciated

Shader effector has min set to 0%. :)

To see the full effect of weighting, make sure you set plain effectors weights to 0% on falloff tab.
