I am using a very simple mograph setup and have a question regarding the shader effector. I have a grid array with planes in a 1x10x10 configuration, fine. I added a step effector to get a particular shape, fine. I then added a shader effector and set the shading -> shader to a 2d v gradient, fine. I see what I want, the gradient itself is fully saturated (black 0 to green 255). However, the result on the mograph object is some where near 50% desaturated. My question is why and the follow up is am I going about this wrong? What I am after is the array from bottom to top, black to bright green regardless of the effect of the step effector. Thanks.
