MoI3D + C4D - Modelling Kitbash Part

In this video I will show you how to model a simple scifi kitbash part in a CAD/Nurbs modelling software called Moment of Inspiration, or Moi 3D. It is a beginner tutorial as far as the MoI part of the video is concerned. I will also show you how to export the finished model as an OBJ, and how to import it into Cinema 4D.

You can download a demo version of MoI 3D (fully functional for 30 days) here:

I bought MoI 3D at PaulTheCAD, where it is currently available at least a little bit cheaper than elsewhere. European customers do not have to pay extra money for VAT if they buy it there:

I have also prepared a text file with the shortcuts/grid settings I am using in MoI 3D. You can download it here:

At the end of the tutorial I am using the Nikomedia Scene Rig to render the model. This lighting rig is available for 10 Euros here:

I hope you'll enjoy the tutorial. Let me know if you would like to see more MoI tutorials. Thank you very much for watching this video.
