It is impossible to teach you how to model this in a single post, but I can tell you what sort of tutorials to watch to get you started in the right direction.

You need to use something called Subdivision Surface poly modelling meaning that you model a low poly cage and use subdivision to produce a hi poly smoothed mesh. Although the model here isn't that difficult for anyone who has spent a year learning the basic interface, modelling tools and knows the rules of SDS poly modelling (of which there are many) you won't get very far without learning these first before you try and model this.

So if you are new to the program and modelling in general, what you need most is a general intro to the program that also covers modelling, and you can do a lot worse than watching this series here and then this one here.

If you know the interface and basic poly modelling toolset I can give you more specific pointers, so let me know if that's the case.

Once you know the basics, this is how you start, setting up the picture as the viewport background in the left view, and then starting with an 8 segment cylinder, from which you extrude and scale further poly loops to make the main body shape. The head you can start as a separate mesh, possibly from a cube primitive.

More details when you're ready for them...

This is what it looks like when it's a bit further along...

Now we're using symmetry, the legs have been extruded out, the head joined to the body mesh, some horns added, and a lot of general tweaking to define the basic form. Made the base from a simple cube with some extrudes and control edges.

Next stage would be to further refine and add head / face detail and ears.

No, just giving you the model wouldn't teach you anything ! I am trying to show you edge flow so you can learn and do it yourself.
