Ink Drops

Question

I need to create ink drops animation. Each ink drop (in microscopic view) need to slowly fall on a fabric and spread to a perfect dot.

I tried using Melt deformer but I'm not getting perfect results. in addition to that some of the dots needs to be thicker and some thinner.

Thanks a lot.

I'm still trying to understand how to flatten the sphere using the sculpt brushes.

Don't use the sculpt tools to flatten it - only use them if you need to sculpt the shape. Flatten with the regular scale command, having moved the modelling axis to the base of the drop. Probably best not to flatten all the way because you don't want the front and back sides intersecting...

Ok, so everything works fine here, using the pose morph tag but now I'm facing another problem using a mograph cloner and random effector. I need the animation to start for each clone. I have attached to file.

Did you try following that tutorial I suggested a while back?  It's pretty simple to set up once you see him do it.
