Combing blendshape and controller

Hey everyone. I have one question. I have that scene:




There are Mesh (Cylinder), blendshape modifiers (on the HUD) and the controller (red ball). The controller and blendshape modifiers have different deformation. For now all work.

I need to link the controller to the certain vertex.  If I change the morph strength of blendshape modifiers the vertex on the mesh also accordingly move. I need to a controller also move when I increase the strength of blendshape modifiers. I need something like this:




But by this xpresso the controller stops his work.
