lightbar effect

I tried playing with LENS settings in light obj but without success,I tried to use luminance too but the result is not the same.

I try to reach the following effect: 

help?

Do you mean the little streaks? Or the whole thing? For the streaks you can try using the highlights effect in the render settings. Check the scene I've attached.

    There are more techniques to do this ?, in this method the CORONA engine does not recognize the possibility )highlights (

    Try googling "corona renderer glow", the third link shows Corona's post effects glow and glare, that's roughly the same as cinema's glow and highlights post effects. I only used the highlights effect, the equivalent in Corona would be glare.
