Looking for someone who can make clouds like in the image below.

 

They must be true 3D so we can see them from the front and bottom as they will fly over us.

Also they need to be  morphing.

 

PM if you can do this with your rate.

When using pyrocluster such as for your file above you can constrain the cloud to object as in this video. In this way the clouds could be cut at the bottom.

Excellent thought but wouldn't that compress them on top too and tak away the fluffy look? If not I would love to see an example file.

No, to me and using the correct camera angle it seems to give that flattening effect when the emitter is in the bottom of the box. Cool trick, thanks!

here's a version just with a cloner and 3D noise.  pretty easy to make them flat at the bottom and fluffy at the top... here's a tutorial/workshop from a MAXON event about the technique, it's in german though... but maybe worth learning german for that tut alone ;)  but beware, if you switch from soft shadow to area it will crawl... also the more clones you set, you have to also up the ray and shadow depth in the render options.
