Recommended Posts

Does anyone have any news regarding GoZ plugin and the ability to move back and forth from zbrush to R20 using the plugin.

Couldn't get goz working even in 2019, but this worked for me... on github there is a python script that will do the import for you, add the folder into your c4d plugins folder, and use import from zbrush in the plugin

Put the folder in you c4d plugins folder and you can then use that to import from zbrush

Thanks Evomedia, I will give that a go. and let you know . I appreciate the help.

I have reached out to different groups and support and it seems R20 is likely not going to see a usable GoZ plugin update or Sketchfab exporter. Since both are pretty basic to my daily workflow I purchased r20 and it just sits. I wish that I would have known. I am sure there are great new features in R20 and will hopefully get to them eventually. IF ANYONE has any additional information, thoughts, leads, news regarding GoZ or Sketchfabb exporter please let us know.

Thanks,
Q

Just installed and had a look. I was able to get it to work with one subtool If I try to import others it seemed like it would only import the first one over and over again. I will keep at it. It is very promising and hopefully proves that it can be done!!
