Im trying to figure out how to make this

The first one is quite easy.


Get a text spline and give it whatever word you want. Put that under an Extrude with 0 depth. Put that under a cloner in ZY Radial Mode, with a suitable distance set, and with Align turned off. That should get you your basic circle of words. Animate that by keyframing offset 0 degrees at frame 0, and 359 degrees at end of timeline, so it all spins in a seamlessly repeating loop.


Now you'll need a plain effector linked to that cloner, to make the text bigger (uniform scale +0.3 or so) as it moves backwards round the circle, using a spherical falloff, thereby giving the impression of staying the same size, and making the optical illusion work from the perspective of a fixed camera, which is the last thing you'll need to add...
