Stretch scene on Y

I have a scene of buildings, and need to scale all of them 1.5 on the Y (taller). However, when I simply scale the parent Null that contains all the structures, the Cloners used for creating windows make the windows scale on all axis (apparently), putting the windows out of alignment with the rest of the building (scaling them on X and Z as well, which is not intended). Is there a way to keep the cloner parametric without making it editable (destroying the cloner)?

This would be easier with scene file or stripped version of the scene. We don't know how your hierarchy is set up or which elements you use in scene...

How are you scaling the Null? Changing the scale via the attributes coordinates VS. dragging the Y handle of the Scale tool should give you the results you're after.
