i noticed that i cannot pull the viewer from the corner therefore expanding both directions at once.  Im sure I could do this on my mac with R18.  Is this a setting?  Its only a minor thing but its easier.

No, it's a Windows 10 thing. Hover just outside the corner of the window.

It definitely should be possible - I use it all the time...

The screen cap you've posted is resizing the entire app.  That works for me too but try resizing just the perspective view.

No it's not - it's resizing a window within the app - I didn't get what you meant by 'viewer', but your point still stands.

Resizing the viewports is different in that it has never worked on the corners there in Windows 10, not in R18, 19 or 20.

I suppose technically it's a bug, so by all means report via the normal channels if it's important to you, but I'd say this is a fairly trivial problem, and they have bigger stuff to sort out than that...

Works on mac.  Yeah I guess is trivial in comparison to other bigger issues but it's the little things that make things more user friendly.  Annoying to have to do two click and drags to resize instead of one
