What exactly do you want to know?

It's a collection of high res seamless textures that include a number of channels .

(diffuse, normal, roughness, AO etc)

You obviously need UV's to use them right.

It's used routinely in PBR, but can be used in any UV friendly package regardless of rendering technique.

The quality of the textures is truly high. If you stick with textures (instead of whole meshes) the price is fairly reasonable too.

Where is that landscape, and can you access it physically ?

How big a real world area does your mesh cover ?

Have you got a drone ?

I see...so a full landscape is what you're after. Not as easy as one might think...

So normally for wide areas single seamless textures can look repetitive and unnatural. You would typically gather a number of similar textures  and vary them according the landscape flow.

To facilitate this you would create the so called atlas map, which is a color id map of the areas each texture should go. On top of the ground textures you could use overlay textures (leaves, dirt, branches, pebbles etc) to add to the variation and facilitate the fading between the distinct areas.

Substance designer, Substance painter and Photoshop are your friends on these tasks. World Machine makes it even easier.

If you want to stick with C4D, get your plane UVs at 4k resolution start laying some Megascans textures and go back and forth to Photoshop for variation and editing.

Before spending money though start experimenting within C4D with free Substance  procedural landscape textures here:

    Hope that helps a bit

When I made a huge landscape not only did I need to change up the texture I needed to have several textures of different scales faded and mixed on top of the most zoomed in texture so when you zoom out you see the larger scaled texture and when you are zoomed in it still looked good.  Surprisingly it can all be the same texture depending on the turrain.  Another trick you could do is if you can cover things in buildings or plants it helps people from seeing the repeating texture when zooming out.
