FBX from C4D to Maya

I've tried to export a rigged character from C4D project as fbx so I can open it in maya but when I imported it, the scale value became 100 instead of 1.

I'm not that familiar in c4d but I noticed that my scene is already in cm (the same with my maya scene)  so I'm not sure why this is happening or if there's anything else I need to change before exporting. Hope anyone could help me with this.

Check the Export Settings of C4D and Import Settings of Maya. 
There's usually a "unit" parameter/field in them.

    Well then set it to millimeters on export, that might help.

    Maybe the objects do not have a frozen transformation. 
    Make sure scale is (1,1,1)
