Pixel drop-out in physical render R21

I just updated to R21 and I'm getting these pixel drop-outs in physical render. It mainly happens on glass & transparency surfaces, but also happens elsewhere. Very frustrating. Does anyone have any clue what this could be?

Glass texture:

Trans: 100%

Refraction: 1.571 (Glass)

Reflectance: Fresnel: Glass: 100% / IOR 1.517

Bump Strength .1% / noise texture

 

Any help would be appreciated!

OK. We need to see your render and / or GI settings next please... or even better zip the scene file and assets, upload them to dropbox and link that instead.

Always mention when you are using a plugin like HDRI Studio. I don't have that so can't test your scene.

But I can speculate that I have most often seen this black pixel problem before whenever there is a Physical Sky present, so if I had to guess I would venture that this might be conflicting with whatever HDRI studio is doing. So I'd try it with one or the other rather than both.
