Switch texture on single object inside fracture

Hello,

I can't figure out this one....

 

I have a bunch of objects (more than 500) inside of a single fracture object that I'm using to apply effectors....

 

what I'm trying to do is building an xpresso that looks at all the objects individually and switches the texture when its rotation is a certain number... the rotation will be driven by a plain effector.

 

I've also noticed that the rotation in the coordinates tab of any object inside the fracture doesn't display the rotation despite the object being rotated by the plane effector.
