Interesting.....as Neutron Man (or Neutrino Man)...is Srek wanted for going to fast?  Did he exceed the speed of light?

You are thinking of tachyons. Neither neutrons nor neutrinos can exceed the speed of light. (And tachyons are hypothetical.) I call wrongful arrest!
