Applying Multiple Textures On Mograph Clones

In the material colour channel select the Mograph/Multi shader. Then just load an image into the relevent fields. Now add the material to the Cloner

I'm not sure, but try to make the Cloner Object editable, then you'll be able to add diferent textures to each object!

just remember: this is a destructive technique, cause you'll lose the cloner properties!
