I think you have a large range of possibilities, but drawing splines and extruding then should be very easy!

Is that the point? the approach of how to model it?

I want the effect that looks like the presentation of 24 (television program). I know how to do it in After effects but I want to do it in Cinema using the Xpresso.

    Thanks

If you want to use XPresso it's just a matter of hooking up something like this. The text spline in the viewport will change every second. It's then just a matter of using a digital font. Also attached is a quick animation with a digital font.

Glad that helped. In my scene file I've used the Universal adaptor node and change the data format to integer. The time node outputs decimal seconds. All the universal node does is ignore the decimal part and spits out integer numbers. The screen grab shows the output with and without the universal node.

Right click in the XPresso editor then New node/XPresso/Adpator/Universal. Once you have created the Universal node, select it and then in the Parameters manager change it's data type to integer.
