How about 204 points and zero polys? wink.gif

Use duplicated splines and group them before dropping it under an extrude nurbs.

    Stages are in the file.

    Cheers, Alan.

I follow the spline making, but when I try to do a similar thing with ragingpixels recent wheel tutorial, I can't get my splines to group.

Are you using Group, or Connect? What's the difference? I can get a single spline to Extrude, but not a pair (or more, in my case) of them. When I drop Grouped splines into Extrude, nothing appears to happen.

I hate being an idiot. :-(

When you have the splines the way you like, you'll need to select them all, rightclick on them and choose "connect" this will make a new spline.

This new spline you can drag into the ExtrudeNurbs.

Do not forget to make the splines editable before you connect them, otherwise you won't get an connected spline but an empty polygon.

Thanks Réne. My bad terminology, I've edited the original post to clarify this step. smile.gif
