Zbrush export and back to C4d

Hi Gang

Can anyone here post a tut on how to export a file to zbrush do your thing and then import it back to c4d properly.

Of all the explanations I've found it seem people have a hard time communicating something that is comprehensible.

To let you know I know almost nothing about zbrush. I just got it and I've spent about 5 hours in it. It's not very intuitive and it will take

a bit of time to pick it up but for now I just need a step by step to go in and out of it with a C4d file. I'll learn how to use it

as I go. Visuals would help immensely. Typed instructions tend to be confusing sometimes. Thanks for your help.

When I get up and going. I'll post some tuts myself.

I think .obj is the best format for now. with ZBrush 4 comes GoZ and than it`s much faster.

There is a bug for go Zbrush with Mac OS version FYI

Cactus Dan posted a scriptover at CGTalk that fixes the scaling problem when the model is sent back to Cinema.
