Polygon Height To Intensity ?

  • Hmm.. I'm sure there is no way of doing it with regular gradients but maybe vertex painting..

    Here is a question:

    is there any way to do dynamic vertex painting ? (depending on a shader, texture, or anything ?)

    Have you tried a falloff shader in the first setup?

  • Yes, I hve tried it.. Since faloff is based on angles, it does not work as I wish. When the object is bent, the falloff starts to color the sides instead of the top part of the extrusion..
