Multiple Splines Animated In One Sweep Nurbs

  • hi, I was wondering if you could suggest a better way to do this:

    I am animating a globe with aircraft flight paths growing across it, and I would like to find a way easily changing the number of splines and how they animate on without having to make a separate sweep nurbs for each one. I'm not sure yet if they need to come on one after another, all at the same time, or something else, and it will probably need to go through many changes before it's finished.

    there will possibly be a few hundred of them so doing it manually will take forever.

    any ideas? the best would be some kind of mograph solution

    Best solution is with Mograph. I would recommend using tracer and matrix to keep things flexible and parametric as far as possible :)

    well it's wasn't much of an example anyway, here is where i've got to now. how would you do this using a matrix?
