Thanks for the feedback vector.  It's my first real attempt at C4D hair, so would really appreciate your thoughts on the hair so I can improve.

Have you watched @Rectro's excellent and thorough tutorial on C4D hair

I can see the segmentation on your hair, so that needs to be increased, and it's also too intersecty and fluffy at the moment.

its not bad buddy, it just doesn't look very natural, too thinned out and intersected, mainly on the ends, as cbr pointed out it looks fluffy, the rest looks excellent especially the skin tones and lips. also i think the eyes could pop a little more.
