Hi guys

please be considerate and disable AD blocker when you are on the C4D Cafe, because it helps us run this forum. We minimalized showing of the AD's all across the forums, so please, be so kind and at least help us by having AD blocker turned off.

I just saw this.  its very good indeed. very clean ! im curious when you say circumvent complex poles. iIs this some kind of actual technique ? i have a lot of trouble solving this poles. Is there a right way to do it with a name to it  ?

Thanks, Kitefly. I use a few different techniques to lose complex poles. You can spin edges, which sometimes helps, you can cut in more geometry so that less connections happen in one place, or you can bevel the pole point, and resolve its new geometry to quads. Sometimes I can instantly see how to solve them, but more often have to try several different ways to find the best one.
