  1. AMD's Radeon ProRender.

The best solution for me is Corona render. It is much faster and still very simple, even easier and more convenient than the Physical rendering . They always have advanced development and they do not need to wait for the SDK from third parties. Corona supports TR and at the same time it is completely free at the moment. The other day they became part of the Chaos Group and we already got a Vray DMC sample inside Corona in the daytime assemblies. So we are expected to have more innovations in the near future.
  2. I fixed the link . https://monosnap.com/file/ZJPv1cX0h0TIJvQDfYH7DLRVqD0Cv1 Yes, I suspect that MAXON knows about these things. I hope my information and file will simplify the understanding of the problem.
  3. I have a suspicion that it cuts the knife, depending on the angle of the camera to the surface of the polygons. When I put the camera perpendicular to the surface of the polygon, the knife works correctly. https://monosnap.com/file/ZJPv1cX0h0TIJvQDfYH7DLRVqD0Cv1 It's strange that the quantize step function is not available for Line Cut and Plane Cut . I think that the guys in MAXON should have anticipated this. In Loop / Path Cut, the quantization step function looks great. The Plane Cut tool also does not have the function to automatically switch the cutting plane direction. Knife.c4d
  4. Research C4D modeling and

I do not expect much from Maxson, but they need to do something with modeling. All 3d applications have a non-destructive modeling - Max, May, Modo, Houdini, but not Cinema 4D. It's just a proposal that will benefit everyone. If they do not need it, then it's much less necessary for me, I have a 3dmax :)
  5. Greetings to all . I did some research on the modeling technique. And I put forward the proposal to add an additional function to the Stop tag. https://www.behance.net/gallery/49689999/Research-C4D Video http://take.ms/bXDRxO
