  1. Thanks again for the explanation, I have got the aspect of software that depend on other functions/programs. Regarding the (Metal & Vulkan) I meant that I would only read about them so that I could be aware of what these programs are doing.
  2. @Icecaveman @christianS Thank you for all the information, sounds interesting, I have never heard about Vulkan or Metal. I will check them soon.
  3. Yes, I guess this is technically right, but it's weird to find certain software that is not supported by or compatible with good products/specs. Maybe because the focus is now more on the gaming world than anything else. Anyway, I hope the way to be paved in the near future for all the software.
  4. @Roozbeh Hey, try to create a new PBR light and material, and see their default attributes also you can read about them and this is will help you more. PBR (Physical Based Rendering)
  5. Hey Everyone! Octane and Redshift Renderers still not supporting the AMD GPUs and if you go to their websites, OTOY says "Work is ongoing to assimilate GPUs from AMD and Intel for future versions of OctaneRender." So this one might take a long time. And Redshift says "Support for AMD GPUs is currently in development." It seems that Redshift is coming up in the next two releases R24-R25. Since MAXON has removed the ProRender in R23. This just an assumption. What do you think?
  6. We have divided part 2 into A & B and In this part, you will learn how to work with different volume objects using Volume Builder and Volume Mesher and its curvature map (Vertex Map) and applying Curvature shader to it.
  7. Hello and Happy Valentine then
  8. Hello Everyone! Curvature Map is on the way, and it will be published soon! Anyway, I was testing it and here are 2 samples. I will upload more samples until then. You can find the previews version here. Curvature Map is a free shader effect that has been combined for every Cinema 4D user but especially for those who can't afford third-party renderers, and want to apply concavity, convexity, oxidized, erosion effects on their artworks.
  9. In this part, I'm going to work with volume object using Volume Mesher and its curvature map (Vertex Map).

  11. I'm going to give WC3 a try when they release it. And I think in the future we will see terrains clash there is new software called GAEA by Quad Spinner, it's based on Node System and it looks like they inspired/influenced by World Creator.
  12. I have had a look at it, it's fast reliable and good software, but I'm biased to use World Machine because it's more advanced and professional. What do you think about both? Do you use the World Creator?
  13. @IgorThanks! I appreciate that, I have used World Machine.
  14. In this video, I'm going to show you how to create terrain shader using Corona Renderer inside Cinema 4d working through the integrated node system and combine both shaders.
